Risk and Compliance Vacancy
Showing leadership in clinical support, guidance and advice in relation to patient safety and quality, this role will lead clinical governance through collection, analysis, monitoring and reporting of data to support safe, effective, person-centred care and enable identification of opportunities for improvement.
Making an impact while supporting with systems adherence, reporting and investigative reviews, the successful incumbent will partner with managers and employees to continuously review and improve their practises, identify risks, lead with corrective and preventative actions and be part of the overall improvements across the hospital.
Working with a variety of systems, for varied reasons, you will be across systems like Prompt and RiskMan, while having a level of accountability for the management of VHIMs, Feedback, Quality Activities, Risk and Legislative Compliance.
Quality Systems Vacancies
Open to varied educational and professional experiences, these positions are responsible for the ongoing maintenance, governance and continual improvement of the quality management processes and systems at ERH. Passionate about compliance, auditing, reporting, analytics and dashboarding, the successful incumbents will be the proficient central point in the coordination for clinical data collection and analysis that supports ERH clinical governance and quality improvement activities. The position provides information and advice on ERH compliance with the requirements of the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards (NSQHSS).
All of these roles play such an important role in patient safety, risk mitigation, quality improvement, regulatory and compliance, contributing to the evolution of a positive and enhanced reputation for Echuca Regional Health. As the team continues to maintain a high level of standards in continual improvement, the overall outcomes of the team will ultimately lead to a better patient outcome, supporting ERH with a continued positive community experience.
