About the role

As a Ranger, you will play a vital role in keeping our parks open, safe, and clean for visitors. Your responsibilities will include managing contractors, coordinating activities with community groups, delivering environmental programs, conducting weekend patrols, and collaborating with traditional owner groups. You will be part of a small team, with opportunities to work autonomously while leading projects within Lake Eildon National Park, Cathedral Range State Park, and the surrounding areas.

We're looking for someone with:

• Environmental Science Degree/Diploma or similar
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people
• Experience in operating and maintaining minor tools and equipment.
