VicRoads is responsible for licensing approximately five million drivers in Victoria, and registering more than six million cars, motorcycles, heavy vehicles, and trailers for the Victorian road network. The Victorian Government has made an in-principle decision to progress a joint venture model for VicRoads Registration & Licensing, and Custom Plates. The purpose of a joint venture is to modernise a number of VicRoads services to make them more user friendly for motorists and deliver value for money for Victorians. This is an exciting opportunity to ensure registration and licencing as well as customer plate products and services will be simple, accessible, fast, and convenient, ensuring the government delivers contemporary digital systems to all VicRoads customers, industry partners and stakeholders.
About the Opportunity
The role will provide a customer focused service undertaking a range of records management tasks including providing advice and resolving user issues, the digitisation of business records and the lodgement and recovery of records including archived records. The role will also support mail management, goods received and dispatched, inventory control, and data entry.

Prerequisites:
A Certificate in Business Administration or experience in a related field is desirable
