• Being the Records Management guru at MRPV, providing expertise advice and promoting and communicating good record management practices
• Working with stakeholders to develop, implement and maintain electronic document and records management, policies, processes, and procedures
• Leading a team of 3 talented Records Management Specialists and developing a team culture that makes our business a great place to work and learn
• Managing our Electronic Document and Records Management system as well as our hard copy filling, archiving, retention and disposal processes

To take up this challenge you will have extensive experience in developing, implementing and maintaining records management, systems and policies ideally within a government or large commercial environment. 

Your impressive leadership and communication skills plus your proactive approach to promoting records management with stakeholders are all key capabilities to be successful.

A working knowledge of record management principles, and the Public Records Office Victoria standards and guidelines is essential.
