About the role

We are looking for a co-ordinator to undertake all aspects of junior doctor recruitment activities; shortlisting, interviewing, contracting; on-boarding, and associated AHPRA registration processing.

About you 

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Relevant Educational Qualifications or proven ability in recruitment.

  • Prior Experience in Medical Workforce Unit

  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all aspects of work.

  • Experience in preparation, processing and administration of contracts.

  • Outstanding organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Ability to prioritise and meet time critical deadlines.

  • Excellent IT skills and experience in excel and databases.

  • Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience

  • A strong commitment to high quality care

  • The ability to work as part of a diverse team

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
