What You Will Be Doing

As part of the recruitment team you will make a significant contribution in the effectiveness of healthcare delivery to the consumers of Peninsula Health by ensuring the right candidate is appointed to the right position. The Recruitment Team work closely with the managers to provide end to end recruitment including advertising, interview, compliance and contract generation.
We have two positions available
• End to End Recruitment for Nursing and Mental Health Roles
• End to End Recruitment for Nursing Specialties and Critical Care Areas

These roles are Monday to Friday 08:00-4:30pm and based at Frankston Hospital with Work From Home opportunities.

Training and development in Human Resources Information Systems and contract generation will be provided.

What You Need

We anticipate you will have:
• Recruitment and Healthcare Industry Experience
• Knowledge of Nursing and mental health EBA
• Knowledge of e-recruit system or other recruitment programs
• Completed a Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources (desirable)
