About the role
Health services in the Barwon South West region are seeking a Regional Education Coordinator to support strategic coordination of education and training across Public Health Services in the region. The position is a fixed term role for until the end of June 2023, 3 days per week (flexible) with an opportunity to lead the development of a sustainable shared model and structure for education and training. You will develop and operationalise a regional education and training strategy and plan in collaboration with health service partners. The position is hosted by South West Healthcare, with accountability to the regional stakeholders.
Flexibility can be offered to the right applicant to remain in their current location or region to work remotely.
What you bring
The successful applicant will demonstrate sound understanding of the public health service environment and ideally have experience in coordination and delivery of education and training. You will have experience in stakeholder engagement and project management. Strong IT skills are required and experience of administration of a learning management system would be an advantage.
Relevant experience in the Education and Training field and Victorian Public Health would be highly regarded.
