About the role:

In this position you will perform a variety of tasks across a diverse range of areas including asset, environmental, community and heritage works. Projects delivered by the Regional Project Coordinator are time bound and require clear focus on delivery timeframes and successful project management.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in project management or equivalent.
  • Experience within a Public Sector or Service environment desirable.
  • Proven experience in coordinating the delivery of multiple technical projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with line managers, staff and key stakeholders across an organisation
  • Demonstrated experience in managing contracts and agreements with varied third parties

About the Region:

The Melbourne Region consists of a diverse range of parks and reserves. Staff working within the Region are responsible for providing efficient and effective implementation of a broad range of often complex park management functions including natural, cultural and built asset management, visitor management and services, stakeholder management, park planning and emergency response.
