Our maternity service is the largest maternity care provider in Victoria caring for over 9,000 women each year across three hospitals; Monash Medical Centre, Dandenong Hospital and Casey Hospital. Monash Women's provides maternity care for all women, including those with more complex and specialty needs.

About the role:

We are excited to announce opportunities to work across a full scope of practice within our maternity services at our rapidly growing Casey hospital.

As a registered midwife, you are able to work across all areas of antenatal/postnatal care and birth suite. We are a collaborative service across Monash Women’s, and Casey maternity has ample opportunities for midwives to expand their clinical knowledge and practice while providing women centred care. We work within a team model of care; our Ruby, Diamond and Sapphire teams practice within this model and aim to provide women and their families with continuity throughout their pregnancy care.

We have ongoing full and part time opportunities rotating across a 7 day, 24 hour roster.

  • Relevant clinical experience demonstrated across areas of maternity

  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and within the policies and guidelines of Monash Health
