Our maternity service is the largest maternity provider in Victoria providing care to over 9,000 women each year across three hospitals: Monash Medical Centre, Dandenong and Casey.
About the role
We are excited to announce opportunities to work across a full scope of practice within our Maternity Services at our rapidly growing Casey hospital.
As a Registered Midwife, you are able to work across areas of Antenatal/ post-natal and Birth Suite. We are a collaborative service across Monash Women’s, and Dandenong Maternity has opportunities to grow in provide women centred care. We work within a team model of care – Turquoise, Jade and Rose Quartz teams and in practicing within this model, we provide our women and their families, a consistency across their journey.
Dandenong is looking for Registered Midwives who are looking to work in an ongoing full or part time capacity across our Monash Women’s Program.
Work across the full scope of practice in Maternity, Birth suite and Clinic as you grow your career in maternity and have a work life balance as you work a rotating roster across all shifts, 7 days a week.

You are an enthusiastic Midwife who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and is willing to commit to team work and ongoing professional development that align with the Monash health Women’s new Service Direction. You demonstrate the ability to lead by example and provide coaching and support to other midwives and students. You show passion for leading example in providing excellent women centre care, and show commitment to being an advocate for birthing women. You are an advocate of the Monash Health Strategic Guiding Principles
