The Position

Title: Registered Nurse

Department: Various

Classification: Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement, 2020-2024, Grade 2, YP2 – YP9

Hours per fortnight: 80

Status:  Permanent full time

Salary (per annum inclusive of superannuation):  $76,525.23 - $102,324.772

Applications are sought from suitably qualified Registered Nurses to work in various areas within Echuca Regional Health including Inpatient Rehabilitation, Medical Ward, Emergency Department, Aged Care, Surgical and Pool (opportunity to work across all areas).

Our team requires someone who has:

  • Proven experience working in Acute or Aged Care nursing
  • Advanced clinical assessment skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skill
  • High level interpersonal skills
  • Post graduate qualifications preferred

These position require completion of a satisfactory National Police Check prior to appointment.

Applications are sought from suitably qualified Registered Nurses to work in the various locations at Echuca Regional Health.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide safe and comprehensive patient focused nursing care
  • Conduct patient assessment and plan care relevant to disease and treatment
  • Provide education and advice to patients and carer’s on treatments and symptom management
  • Assist in the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures

Our team requires someone who has:

  • Post graduate qualifications preferred

This position requires completion of a satisfactory National Police Check and (where relevant) provision of a Working With Children Check and check on the Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme prior to appointment.  In addition, this position requires evidence of vaccination status for COVID-19.
