About the Role
GSHS seeks applications for a proactive and person centred Registered Nurse at Hillside Lodge, a 30 bed low level residential aged care facility in Korumburra.  The successful applicant will be team orientated and interested in improving and maintaining the quality of life of our elderly residents through robust assessments, planning and implementation of care. There may be opportunities to be rostered as either “in-charge of shift” or “working on the floor”.  This is an opportunity to join a team where there is significant support and opportunity for advancement. Applicants should have sound communication, organisational and team-work skills. Aged care experience is preferered but not essential.

About You

  • Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency).
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Organisational and problem solving skills.
  • Time management and decision making skills.
  • Evidence of ongoing self-development.

Staff have access to supportive staff mentoring, education and development programs.  Salary Packaging is available for all staff.  The successful applicant will be required to provide a current satisfactory police check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
