Summary of the role: 

Join a highly motivated Dialysis team at Werribee!

  • Permanent Part Time position
  • Provide quality client-focused care ensuring a holistic approach to the patient, and their carers.
  • Act as a role model by encouraging best practice philosophy amongst staff and practice within the core values of Mercy Health
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships internally with other departments, and with external stakeholders to facilitate patient care
  • You will be required to work a rotating roster including twilight


    • Registered with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse
    • Minimum three year recent experience in acute and chronic dialysis
    • Post Graduate qualification in Renal
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
    • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge
    • Demonstrated time management and organisational skills
    • Willing to participate in quality improvement projects and portfolios
