About the role

South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking experienced and enthusiastic haemodialysis Registered Nurses to join our team. Options exist for permanent part-time and relief nurses within the unit. This position is responsible for the delivery of person centred nursing care to clients with end stage renal failure receiving haemodialysis, working within in a collaborative team using best practice evidence to achieve high quality outcomes for haemodialysis clients. Our unit comprises of 8 chairs and operating as a haemodialysis satellite unit with St Vincent's opening 6 days per week. 

What you bring

The successful applicant must demonstrate excellent clinical assessment skills and evidence of recent advanced nursing care of haemodialysis and preferably hold relevant post graduate/tertiary qualifications or demonstrate a commitment to undertake. Demonstrated high level clinical and problem solving skills together with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and evidence of commitment to ongoing education and professional development will be highly regarded.

Employment Terms and Conditions will be in line with the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2016-2020, with the appropriate classification Registered Nurse Grade 2.
