The NUM and all Registered Nurses of 3E work closely in a team nursing model which forms a key part of strong multidisciplinary team including medical, nursing, allied health and support staff to ensure optimal patient care.

Bank nurses are required to be available a minimum of one shift a fortnight and are able to pick up shift vacancies as they arise. Shift vacancies are sent out by our allocations team and work opportunities and shift offers will depend on the organisations vacancies each day. Working on Bank provides nurses a great opportunity to develop and expand their clinical skills and to experience a variety of different work places.
