STATUS: Fixed Term until end of January 2023
HOURS: 48.0 hours per fortnight (additional adhoc hours also available)
BRHS is offering a fantastic opportunity to experience an oncology nursing career. We are seeking a talented Registered Nurse who is interested in further developing their skills in cancer care nursing and we will provide a range of opportunities and support to progress your specialised nursing career. Initially this role is fixed term, however opportunities for a contract extension to cover planned and unplanned leave will be assessed in the future to support this growing department. Regular opportunities arise for additional adhoc hours to cover annual leave.
The Position:
You will deliver holistic high standard care in the management of cancer and medical treatments, ensuring a safe, non-threatening environment for staff, patients and their support person/family. Oncology experience is preferred, however if you have limited experience in this area but have excellent assessment skills & acute experience, our experienced team will support you to use your critical thinking and assessment skills to increase your knowledge in this field.
