What You Will Be Doing

The Pre- Qualified Registered Nurse (PQRN) role provides support to the Nursing team in delivery of safe, personal, effective and connected care. The PQRN is required to work under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse at all times, within their level of education and assessed competencies and also under the clearly defined role parameters.

What You Need

We anticipate you will have:
• Successful completion of at first year undergraduate Bachelor of Nursing qualification.
• Registered as a Student nurse with AHPRA with no conditions or undertakings.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including relationship building, cooperation and conflict resolution commensurate to the level of education.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and in a professional manner with a wide range of people, including co-workers, health professionals, residents and family members.
