We are seeking an administration superstar, keen to grow their career and join the team as a Registrations Officer.

A fantastic permanent opportunity for an administration professional to join the team and develop in their career.

As a Registrations Officer you will be responsible for delivering practitioner registration administration to support the effective and efficient administration of the licensing and registration scheme for building and plumbing practitioners. This role is responsible for the end to end processing of registration and licensing applications and providing customer service to a range of internal and external stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

  • Ability to plan and review daily work and to be flexible in a constantly changing environmet while continuing to meet expectations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport with others to understand issues and suggest courses of action appropriate to their needs.
  • Experience producing a range of standard written documents, providing clear informtion using language approriate to the audience.
  • Demonstrated experience building and sustaining relationships with customers to build a common understnanding and address their needs.
