Regulatory Intelligence and Design Lead
The Team
The position of Regulatory Intelligence and Design Lead forms a part of the Resources Branch within the Forestry, Resources and Climate Change Group.
The Resources Branch develops policy, programs and regulation to enable investment and generate jobs through the sustainable development of the State's earth resources, including extractives, minerals and petroleum.
The Role
The Regulatory Intelligence and Design Lead will help establish risk-based, intelligence-led, integrated regulatory responses and systems in Earth Resources Regulation.

The Candidate
The successful candidate will have a broad knowledge of regulatory approaches, based on extensive experience in regulatory and compliance roles. They will have an understanding of intelligence systems, approaches and tools developed to support regulatory responses as well as the design of integrated compliance programs that address risk.
