The Release is a key coordination role providing direction, support and an escalation point for the Agile Based Teams to deal with issues around dependencies, issues, and risks on their releases.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for an experienced Release Manager who will work across multi-disciplinary teams co-ordinating releases plans. The Release is a key coordination role providing direction, support and an escalation point for the Agile Based Teams to deal with issues around dependencies, issues, and risks on their releases.

ABOUT YOU                 

Our ideal candidate would be able to successfully demonstrate the following key skills:

• Establish release process and lifecycle.
• Lead and co-ordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment plans and checklists.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for change requests, build and release as per risk and audit requirements.
• Participate in CAB meetings to discuss release scope and/or roadblocks.
• Plan, oversee and document the transfer of key information necessary for the support, operation and acceptance of solutions deployed into production.

• Conduct Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Business Go/No-Go reviews.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ Relevant ITIL Process framework qualification
• SAFe Certification preferred (or alternative)
• Formal Scrum or Agile Certification for Example Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or similar
• Significant and relevant experience in Release or Deployment Management, Agile Deployment Management and ITIL.
