ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking Registered nurses with excellent clinical skills and care manager experience to cover Care Manager leave and also to assist with clinical improvement projects at our homes across South West Vic, North Vic, South East Metro, WA, NSW and QLD.

Depending on location, applicants may be required to stay away from home on occasions while covering Care Manager leave.  Travel and accommodation costs will be covered by Mercy Health.

 ABOUT YOU:

  • Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Division 1
  • Minimum of five years’ experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Working knowledge of the aged care standards and aged care regulatory requirements
  • The ability to lead practice change through role modelling and education
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Demonstrated understanding of person-centred care and ability to work in a team environment
