About the opportunity

Reporting to the Manager, Governance, the Reporting Analyst will be responsible for the preparation of clear and concise corporate reporting for the Project, including maintaining requirements for a register of reporting products across NELP, a calendar of corporate reporting and Project Management Framework reporting and governance.

This is a critical role where you will be working closely with stakeholders after interpreting and analysing data, providing recommendations and support to guide decisions, fundamental to their success. 

As a detail oriented individual, you will enjoy distilling complex information into clear, concise reports and developing processes that ensures reporting and associated documented is produced to the highest quality and efficiently, to service your internal clients.  

You will have the opportunity to work with key internal and external stakeholders, management committees and senior leaders and take ownership of an essential governance component of the North East Link Project, and as such, you will need to be; 

• Collaborative with a natural affinity for developing effective working relationships at all levels.
• Proven in distilling complex and voluminous information into clear, concise reports.
• Highly competent in all MS Office programs, desk top publishing and have excellent attention to detail.
• Capable of developing processes and finding efficiencies in your day to day activities to improve outcomes.
