The Reporting Coordinator provides key support across the Energy Group, engaging with key stakeholders in each of the Energy Group Divisions. The role provides wide ranging coordination and review of all reporting requirements including but not limited to Monthly Group Reports, Flagship Reports and Pupangarli Marnmarnepu Implementation Action Plan reporting.

The role is also responsible for assisting with review of Traditional Owner engagement and Self-Determination actions in Energy Group Project Plans and linking teams with subject matter expert support for updating and drafting the actions.

Experience in this role will help prepare the successful candidate to learn key project management skills and position them to further their career in Project Managment

Experience in a Project team and an administrative role with high levels of stakeholder communicationwould be a great asset in this role

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

  • Experience in a Project team is desirable
  • Experience in an administrative role with high levels of stakeholder communication is desirable.

This is a fixed term position available for a period of 24 Months. The work location for this position is 8 Nicholson Street with hybrid work arrangements available.
