Position Title: Residential Care Coordinator

Classification: HS3

Salary per hour:  $35.78 to $39.57 + superannuation + generous salary packaging options                            

Employment Type: Ongoing full-time

Award: Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025

 

Role description

In this key administrative role, you will be the professional point of contact for the residents and families of our Aged Care Centres. The key functions of the position include:

  • Responding to enquiries from consumers/public in relation to our residential homes
  • Liaise with residents, families and other related stakeholders in relation to financial/statistical information of current or potential clients
  • Meeting with potential residents and their families to discuss accommodation / financial information / tours etc
  • Ensure all admission and discharge information is maintained
  • Management of resident files / records and general reporting requirements
  • Support and coordinate the Residential Aged Care Centres Ward Clerks

 

About you

  • Prior experience in Residential Aged Care or a related field
  • Demondstrated experience in providing high level customer service to internal and external customers
  • Strong IT skills and competant using the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demondstrated ability to work within a multidisaplinary team
  • Cert IV or higher in Business/Administration (desirable)
