Position Summary:

  • Full time shift work over a 7 day rotating roster

A fantastic opportunity exists for a retail testing manger to join this high performing, supportive team which has recently expanded due to growth within the cluster. Within this role you will be responsible for providing support to the rapid response and targeting team across 15 sites. This is a busy and rewarding role across a seven day roster within a fantastic team who have a great culture of comradery.

You will be responsible for the coordination of high-risk setting outbreaks, with stakeholders both within DHHS (community engagement, testing delivery, Public Health) and externally (local government, industry, DJPR). You will possess the ability to manage coordinate large scale operations supporting the daily coordination of the drive through (Covid-19) testing sites. An important part of your role will also involve providing leadership and guidance to the team, troubleshooting problems and escalating issues as and when required.

To succeed in this role you will have extensive experience in management operations, ideally with a background in public health. You will possess excellent problem solving skills with a proven track record in successful project outcomes. You will be able to work collaboratively, build strong relationships and achieve multiple stakeholder alignment.
