Western Health Finance is seeking a temporary (8 months) full time Revenue Services Officer to work in a high volume accounts receivable environment within the WorkCover Patient Claims portfolio. The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Revenue Supervisor and Revenue Manager.  You will have advanced communication skills and a customer service oriented approach. The candidate will also possess high level excel skills, exposure to accounts receivables and/or health experience.



To be Successful in this Role you



  • Excellent computer literacy - MS Office intermediate skills

  • Strong experience in data entry and administrative tasks

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to assist, screen and intercept telephone calls and ability to liaise with multiple individuals from the health sector, clinicians, patients and their careers.

  • Previous experience working in an administrative role

  • Excellent customer service skills
