We are seeking a motivated and suitably qualified Registered Nurse to lead our dedicated Dimboola team at Wimmera Health Care Group as the Dimboola Campus Manager. This fixed term full time position is available immediately until May 2022 with possibility of extension and includes working Monday to Friday.  This role involves the organisation and overseeing of the team at Dimboola Campus to ensure person centered quality care is provided to our residents in our aged care facility and patients within the four acute beds. Key Selection Criteria include:


Essential:



  • Registered Nurse with current Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia registration

  • Post Graduate qualification in management

  • Extensive knowledge of Aged Care and National Standards accreditation principles

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated experience in a senior nursing management role


 


Desirable:



  • Post Graduate Gerontology qualifications
