Road Smart Admin and Logistics Coordinator

  • Annual Salary Range: VPS3 - $68,884 - $83,640 + super
  • Tenure: Fixed Term until June 2021
  • Employment Type: Full Time (flexibility may be available)
  • Usual Work Location: Melbourne CBD / Working from Home (flexibility may be available)

About the Team

Sitting within the Network Planning group, the Road Smart team is based state-wide, and delivers the Road Smart Program – an initiative that supports and enhances Victoria's Graduated Licensing System, and features various educational platforms for learner drivers and supervising drivers.

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Team Leader Road Smart, the focus of this role is to provide administrative and logistic support for the Road Smart Program, while providing customer service support to our stakeholders and suppliers.  You will provide support to the Road Smart Team Leader and Metro/Regional Road Safety Coordinators across the state with program scheduling and logistics, reporting, taking meeting minutes and coordinating special projects.  You will also be responsible for the timely processing of raising PO's and paying invoices to ensure the smooth delivery of the Road Smart Program.

About You

We are looking for someone with the following skills and attributes:

  • Excellent customer service and verbal/written communication skills
  • Strong ability to develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven experience working in a technical and/or legislative driven environment, with experience working in community programs desirable
  • Well-developed general administration skills
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems or other CRM platforms
  • Strong problem solving ability
  • An interest in collaboration and team work
