About the role:
An exciting 6 month contract opportunity currently exists withinthe Service Delivery Reporting Centre (SDRC) at CFA. The role of the Senior Call Taker is to provide support, guidance and direction within the FIRS call centre (Fire and Incident Reporting System). The position will require extensive knowledge of the telephony system to support the team to ensure that high quality, timely and consistent customer service is provided. You will assist the FIRS Call Centre Manager with coaching and developing volunteers and the day to day management of employees within the call centre.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a background/interest in data analysis, offering exposure to different facets of the organisation including lessons management, research and data trends within CFA. Qualifications in Business or Business Analytics are not a prerequisite however will be highly regarded.
