About the Role

As an experienced Senior Administrator, you will provide daily administrative support to the Financial Administration teams to help ensure clients' financial and legal affairs are managed within required legislative requirements and service standards.

Duties

  • Completes allocated administrative tasks and activities within required timeframes
  • Prepares high quality correspondence for clients, internal consultants, service providers and other business professionals
  • Provides training and guidance to Administrative Support Officers
  • Conducts quality reviews of electronic documents created by the team and provides feedback when appropriate
  • Actively identifies workflow and process improvement opportunities
  • Updates team procedures as required
  • Attends to inbound and outbound enquiries with third parties and records telephone messages for the team
  • Process payments

Role Requirements

  • Relevant administration and customer service experience
  • Ability to prepare commercial standard correspondence
  • Sound communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Efficient in the Microsoft suite including a basic skill level with Microsoft Excel

A certificate in Business/Office Administration or associated business discipline will be highly regarded.
