About the role

This position will devise communications strategies and employ creative ideas to secure engagement with the Commission's work.

It will play a key role in the development of high-quality digital content that prioritises the user experience and will promote adherence to Victorian Government digital standards.

The role requires a high degree of interpersonal skill. It places a high priority on building relationships with stakeholders to ensure an ongoing pipeline of opportunities. It supports a range of business areas, works closely with content designers, and provides high quality advice to senior internal staff. It provides guidance to early and mid-career professionals and supports the Manager to foster an environment that enables collaboration and knowledge sharing in a hybrid workplace setting.

About you

You'll be an experienced communications professional with a strong track-record in strategic communications campaigns, the ability to produce high-quality content for a range of digital platforms, and sound project management skills that will see you manage multi-faceted campaigns end-to-end with ease.

You'll place a high priority on working collaboratively and developing relationships with stakeholders at all levels, internally and externally. You'll be a natural team leader and able to direct and motivate early and mid-career professionals in the team.
