Position Summary:
The Senior Change Communications Adviser sits as part of the Corporate and Change Communications team. The role will deliver high quality and integrated communications strategies which will help drive positive staff engagement in key department initiatives and change projects, using best practice internal engagement and communications skills, tools and techniques. They will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders in a partnership approach, and act as a change champion to ensure staff are well informed and engaged with change.

As it is an essential element of any role within the department that employees be able to attend work onsite and to do so safely, employees are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of their employment.
