POSITION SUMMARY:

Senior Communications Advisor – North Division

The Senior Communications Advisor – North Division is responsible for the co-design, development, delivery and evaluation of communications products and activities to support the work of Homes Victoria's North Division.

The purpose of the role is to support and build the vision, values and reputation of Homes Victoria, the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH) and the Victorian Government through the production of timely, effective, impactful and persuasive communications that are appropriate to a range of diverse audiences and stakeholders. The role will work closely with partners in Victorian Government departments, the City of Yarra and local partner agencies.

This role is part of Homes Victoria, where our objective is to manage, deliver and maintain social housing across Victoria at a time when our population continues to grow and the role of housing in creating opportunity, security, safety and economic growth has seldom been more important. 

Are you:

  • A capable and innovative communications practitioner with a track record of collaboration, innovation and creative thinking?
  • Experienced in a range of communication disciplines - including internal and external communications, content development and issues management?
  • Able to operate successfully in an environment of competing priorities, against an ongoing brief to produce high quality creative solutions in a client service culture?
