About the Role:

The role of Senior Contract Manager provides SSP with capability to deliver contract management of the Whole of Victorian Government property services contract (comprising Real Estate, Facilities Management and Projects), including legal commercial aspects of the contract, and probity risks.  Additionally, the role provides a broad range of expert contract management advice and oversees implementation, promotion and communication of the SSP contract management framework.

To be Successful in the Role:

Candidates are required to demonstrate key selection criteria including the following:

  1. Extensive experience in procurement and master supplier contract management, including proven ability to navigate through complex contract documents and interpret complex contractual and legislative requirements, with an understanding of commercial drivers in an outsourced delivery model.
  2. Demonstrated experience and understanding of the development of standard operating procedures in relation to high profile contracts and their application within the broader contract management framework.
  3. Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced change environment, including demonstration of a team oriented, flexible, and pro-active approach to customer service.
