ABOUT THE ROLE:

Located in Richmond, you will work collaboratively with the Group Employee Relations Manager to manage the various industrial matters across the organisation, including Enterprise Agreement negotiations and implementations, award/agreement interpretation, unfair dismissal/general protections applications and industrial disputes.  You will also partner with and act as a reference point to the HR Business Partner teams, providing guidance and advice on complex IR/ER matters and investigations.  This full time role reports to the Group Employee Relations Manager.

ABOUT YOU:

With excellent communication and writing skills in drafting agreements, employee communications and report/business case writing, you are confident across the Microsoft suite of products, including Excel and pride yourself on your attention to detail.

You will be a strong communicator working at an experienced IR/ER Advisor level or have had exposure to or supported case/issue management with the ability to build strong and effective relationships at all levels. With demonstrated experience in the IR and ER environment, you will have a relevant qualification and a robust understanding of the Australian industrial and employment landscape including the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards and Awards and a passion for providing quality, best practice support.

Ideally you will hold tertiary qualifications in Industrial Relations, Law (or a related field).
