About Us

Dispute Services is a multi-dispute resolution agency within the Department of Justice and Community Safety, which includes Dispute Settlement Centre Victoria and Domestic Building Dispute Resolution Victoria.

About the Role

As part of a small team, the Senior Engagement Officer – Training and Education Programs will work closely with the Dispute Services leadership team to design, deliver, and evaluate National Mediator Accreditation System courses, and tailored conflict resolution training and education programs to support Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) skills development across Victoria.

About You

As our ideal candidate, you will have:

  • a minimum of three years' experience in designing, developing and delivering education and training in ADR and conflict management
  • a current registration as a Nationally Accredited Mediator
  • a demonstrated knowledge of adult learning principles
  • a proven ability to manage different projects and programs to deliver high quality outcomes
  • excellent stakeholder management and project delivery skills, with the ability to use understanding of clients or stakeholders' context to design and implement systems for continuous improvement within the team or organisation.
