About the role

Cenitex Infrastructure Delivery team is looking for a Linux and Unix Engineer who can be a part of the Storage and Unix team which looks after Server administration including server patching. With a lot of automations being introduced in this area, we are looking for a person who knows Linux and also has an strong interest in automating based on Infra as a code approach.

Job Requirements 

• Extensive demonstrated experience in working on various Linux flavours especially RHEL, SLES and Ubuntu.
• Experience and knowledge in automation, Infra as a code, platforms like Ansible.
• Linux Server patching knowledge and experience.
• Ability to multi-task, manage many priorities and deadlines. 

Day-to-day the successful applicant will have the opportunity to: 

• Working within NOC perform Incident and Service Admin activities.
• Participate in Linux Builds and Deployment Projects.
• Have an opportunity to automate Linux server management processes using CI/CD concepts.
