About the Division

To deliver transport priorities through the development and delivery of an integrated pipeline of projects and support the Major Transport Infrastructure Program.

About the opportunity

The Senior Engineer Pavement Design provides advice and services on pavement technology matters, including the design of structural rehabilitation treatments, structural overlays using mechanistic procedures, design of stabilisation treatments, pavement and surfacing condition, select surfacing treatments and engineering designs and construction of pavements. 
Key Accountabilities

• Negotiate with and influence stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes associated with the technical discipline of the team. 
• Provide sound advice to key stakeholders that may impact the decisions that they make in relation to the technical discipline of the team.  

Key Selection Criteria

• Exercise professional independent judgement in the provision of sound advice to stakeholders regarding issues in the technical discipline of the team. 
• Provide sound advice to key stakeholders that may impact on technical aspects of decisions they make.
