VPS5 - Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO

The Victorian Legal Services Board and Commissioner (VLSB+C) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Executive Assistant to join the CEO's office. 

About the Position

The position reports to the Senior Advisor to CEO/Commissioner and provides critical executive support, project management and advice to the CEO/ Commissioner and Senior Advisor. The position works closely with the Senior Adviser and the CEO/Commissioner assisting in the preparation, briefing and follow up of meetings and events with internal and external stakeholders, and the planning, tracking and monitoring of a range of key activities and projects. 

In addition, the position provides administrative management, including Board secretariat functions, and support to the VLSB+C Board and leads a group of the organisation's executive support personnel to drive and deliver efficiencies and process improvements across the organisation.
