• Providing legal advice and project support to MRPV project teams and broader business;
• Supporting Legal Director and Managing Principal Lawyer to provide commercially astute legal advice and risk analysis;
• Drafting contractural and procurement documentation and brief external legal advisors when required;
• Preparing MRPV/ departmental/ Minesterial briefs/ execution memoranda and providing legal advice to support MRPV operations as required. 

Naturally we are looking for a proven track record in construction law, contract drafting, contract preparation and construction dispute resolution.  Our top talent is able to quickly digest and condense complex information and has an appetite for solutions-based thinking.
