POSITION SUMMARY:

The Human Capital Management (HCM) Project is leading the modernisation of the core enabling human resources (HR) management functions to automate the employee lifecycle for the Department of Health and the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing.

The project will see the delivery of a new Learning Management System in September 2021 building upon functionality already available through the SAP SuccessFactors technology platform.

The Senior Learning Advisor will provide internal consultancy and support for the development and delivery of the Learning program to maximise system adoption and behavioural change. This role will work with key stakeholders across the departments. Key responsibilities will include developing and delivering engaging and effective training and related artefacts primarily for general staff and people managers.
