The North East Link Program will connect the missing link in Melbourne's freeway network, while increasing the capacity of the Eastern Freeway. It will slash travel times, and link key growth areas in the north and south-east.

  • 3 years fixed term - $103,920 - $125,735 + superannuation
  • Hands on L&D role – design, deliver, facilitate and administer

The People Solutions and Experience Manager and broader team are delighted to offer this opportunity to a dedicated and collaborative Senior Learning and Development Advisor with demonstrated experience in the end-to-end design and implementation of scalable learning solutions. The work this role undertakes is varied and dynamic and has the capacity to help our organisation develop and grow by breaking down barriers, leveraging opportunities and capitalising on challenges, building a culture of collaboration, awareness and purpose.

Fundamental aspects for the role include;

  • Proven experience in developing, designing and implementing contemporary learning and development programs with a human centred design approach,
  • Knowledge in the use of online learning tools and learning management systems, and;
  • A commercial and solutions orientation that maintains a customer centric focus.
