The Role:


A new Mental Health Clinician opportunity has arisen at RCH Mental Health. We are looking for a Senior Mental Health Clinician (I.e. Grade 3 Psychologist, Social Worker, Speech Pathologist, Occupational Therapist or Grade 4 Psychiatric Nurse) for this part-time, fixed term role.


You will be working within and experienced multi-disciplinary team to provide mental health assessment and intervention to children, adolescents and their families who require assertive outreach. Please refer to the Position Description for further information about this role.

To be successful in the role, you will have:



  • Tertiary Qualification or equivalent in relevant discipline

  • Demonstrated skills in providing high quality assessment and treatment of children and adolescents aged 0-15 years with moderate to severe mental health difficulties

  • Expertise in providing consultation and capacity building to internal colleagues and external stakeholders such as schools and community agencies
