The Victorian Responsible Gambling Foundation was created by the Victorian Parliament under the Victorian Responsible Gambling Foundation Act 2011 specifically to address the challenge of gambling harm in the Victorian community.

About the role

The Strategic Communication and Marketing team manages our elite sports partnerships as part of the Foundation's Love the Game Sporting Club Program. This is a two-year, fixed term position.

We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead the development and implementation of elite partner plans to engage and build community support for the Love the Game program. Working closely with other Foundation staff, the position will lead the implementation of the elite partnerships strategy, driving value through marketing opportunities and integrating activity within the community club setting. This senior role involves strategy definition, contract negotiation, budget management, relationship management and networking to strengthen the program's influence.

About you

You are an energetic leader with proven experience and confidence in developing and leading sports partnership programs through to implementation. You have strong contract management and negotiation skills, a good analytical mind, as well as a strong interest in public health. You have a proven track record aligning partnership benefits to program outcomes and your ability to build rapport at all levels is one of your key strengths.

A tertiary qualification in health promotion, marketing, communication, or sports management is highly desirable. A current and valid driver's licence is required.
