About the role

South West Healthcare's (SWH) Physiotherapy Department provides best practice, patient centred care to clients in both an admitted and community setting, presenting with a variety of conditions.

We are seeking a motivated Grade 3 Physiotherapist to join our team. This role will work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team to provide multidisciplinary clinical leadership for development and provision of rehabilitation services, to facilitate best care outcomes for patients.

The position is a part- time, temporary 12 month (maternity leave) position, 20 hrs per work as part of a job share role.

What you bring

As a Grade 3 Physiotherapist you will have developed experience and skills delivering a broad range of clinical services, including assessment, referral and treatment, to individuals and their families in the admitted Rehabilitation setting. Working as part of a collaborative and highly skilled team of professionals, excellent verbal and written communications skills are essential, and a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of legislation, regulation and contemporary practice is a must.
