About the role:
The Taskforce Reset Disclosure Team is responsible for coordinating the assessment and production of materials in Court of Appeal proceedings, as well as to individuals potentially affected by the use of Ms Gobbo as a human source.
Within the Taskforce, the Disclosure Team works closely with our Investigations and Intelligence Team (who locate, assess and compile relevant material) and Human Source Disclosure Team (who review and redact the material for public interest immunity claims). External to the Taskforce, the Disclosure Team works closely with the VGSO and counsel to finalise the material for disclosure and consider strategic issues associated with disclosure.
We're looking for a thorough, articulate and organised Senior Lawyer to run a number of Court of Appeal matters, navigating issues, including the scope of appropriate disclosure and the appropriate redactions to apply, to ensure matters run as smoothly and as efficiently as possible.
