POSITION SUMMARY
An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Policy Adviser, Investment and Commercial Development on a Full-Time basis in the Commercial Development Unit
The Commercial Development Unit undertakes commercial, financial and policy analysis for transactions involving partnerships between Homes Victoria and third parties including Government agencies, financiers, developers, and community housing partners. It cultivates key relationships and legal arrangements to ensure that proposed transactions deliver on all stakeholders' expectations. It leads business case development, negotiations and transacts complex multiparty arrangements to unlock opportunities. It works across Homes Victoria to resolve policy, programmatic and strategic issues related to the above responsibilities.
The Senior Policy Advisor will work alongside a collaborative and multi-disciplinary team focused on delivering the Government's agenda of increasing access to social and affordable housing for Victorians as part of the $5 billion Big Housing Build.
