Are you interested in working on arguably the most exciting digital innovation program in the Victorian public service right now?
The Digital Twin Victoria (DTV) team are on the look-out for talented, passionate people to join our growing team. Over the next three years DTV will be building the most comprehensive collection of rich, 3D spatial data ever assembled for Victoria.
This exciting new role will lead a new program of work to improve long-standing issues with Vicmap data quality and completeness to enable emergency services to quickly and easily respond to an emergencies. You will be responsible for:
- Establishing and leading a cross-functional team to establish the Vicmap Response program, including resource allocation and load balancing. Includes leading team meetings.
- Managing the project documentation and schedule, including reporting progress, budget, risk management and changes in the schedule to project governance boards. 
- Working collaboratively with  internal and external customers and suppliers to ensure program objectives are clearly communicated and partnerships are formed and leveraged

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

  • Qualifications and/or experience in Agile project delivery and programs of work (leading data improvement projects) is desirable.
  • Sound understanding of data management standards and frameworks, including data governance, lifecycle and change management, custodianship and modelling is highly desirable.

This is a fixed term position available for a period of 24 months.
