POSITION SUMMARY:

Senior Project and Implementation Officer - Evidence Strategy

The Senior Project and Implementation Officer is part of a team that works to embed evidence-informed interventions and approaches across the community services system. You will use your knowledge mobilisation and stakeholder engagement skills to support the department and community service providers to deliver evidence-informed practices and programs that improve outcomes for clients.

In this two-year role, you will:

  • build strong collaborative working relationships with sector stakeholders to support the successful implementation of the Victorian and Aboriginal Family Preservation and Reunification Response (the Response)
  • work in a team to scale up systemic approaches to knowledge translation and mobilisation that drive evidence-informed practice in children and families services
  • lead efforts to support systematic monitoring of the Response at an agency and system level, including supporting the establishment and operation of continuous quality assurance mechanisms.
