POSITION SUMMARY:

As the Senior Project Officer, PMO you will be managing the interface between project teams and the PMO. Providing advice to project teams on the implementation of the Authority's project management process and supporting project compliance.

  • PMO governance and reporting
  • Project control (scope, schedule, cost, risk, H&S and benefits)
  • Stress testing project reports and project artefacts
  • Providing governance support and advice to project teamsWhat you will need to be successful

You will have project management experience within the Health Infrastructure sector, preferably within a government setting. As a highly regarded professional within your field, you will demonstrate a commitment to supporting Project Managers to deliver high quality projects.

  • Experience working within or alongside a PMO
  • Understanding of PMO and process improvement methodologies
  • Initiate and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Passion for delivering project management best practices

A tertiary qualification in fields related to emergency management, community services, health administration or business management would be desirable.
